Do not send payment card details through the Contact page. If you notice a possible pricing or order error, contact us so the order details can be reviewed.

Shipping and Import Charges

Every product has free worldwide shipping. Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 days, with estimated delivery in 6–12 days. Delivery estimates can vary with carrier and destination conditions. We cover applicable import duties, customs charges, and related delivery charges; customers should not pay extra charges to receive a shipment.

Changes, Returns, and Refunds

If you need to change an order, use the Contact page promptly. We will review whether a change is still possible before dispatch. Return requests can be made within 60 days. Approved refunds are normally completed within 5–10 days through the original payment method where possible, with the time to appear depending on the payment provider.
